So, we are not about to give you our secret recipe for a "hop, skip and go naked" (Ok, it is 1 beer, 1 shot gin, 1 shot rum, 1 shot vodka, splash of Rose's lime juice- better than it sounds) but we will share an example of our workout schedule.
Mom always says "Any moron can write down a bunch of workouts. You get fast by actually doing them." So there it is. Come meet us at the track and we'll take you through your paces. Or do them on your own and go ahead and surprise us by showing up at a meet trying to kick our collective @$$e$. Up to you.

Sprints & Middle Distance: Brian Moore
Middle distance coach for the Greater Boston Track Club from '00-03, the year they won the USATF Club Nationals, then he moved away to be a snowboarder. Founder of New Balance Boston in '94 and managed Team New Balance from '93-'96. Former head coach at Beverly High School and graduate assistant for Brockton High School and Brandeis University.
Middle Distance & Distance: Christopher Simpson
USATF Level 1 certified, Coach, Arlington Catholic High School. Former middle distance coach for the Greater Boston Track Club, after Jackson moved to Vermont. Former coach at Marthas Vineyard and Falmouth HS.
Quarters: Douglas Williams
Not just the 400m variety. Can sink a quarter off his elbow, his nose, Droney's butt. Doesn't miss long distance and is a lock down anchorman.You could learn a thing or two.
The Law: Terrence Pricher
No joke. Kid's a lawyer. Which pretty much means he can tell you the right and wrong way to do just about anything. Zag when he says zig and you might end up in the clink.
